Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from conceptualization to installation
- Develop detailed design documentation including FF&E specifications and material palettes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, contractors, clients) to ensure seamless execution
- Create compelling 3D visualizations and immersive client presentations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Contribute to design innovation through material research and sustainable practices
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design excellence standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture/Design
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end residential/commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial innovation and material expertise
- LEED/AP or NCIDQ certification preferred
- Exceptional client communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of NYC building codes and permitting processes
- Passion for emerging design trends and sustainable methodologies
