Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from conceptual design to final execution
- Develop detailed 2D/3D drawings, specifications, and material palettes using AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback iteratively
- Oversee budget management and vendor coordination for premium material sourcing
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design excellence and innovation
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and sustainability standards (LEED certification preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Design, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end residential/commercial interior projects
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative spatial solutions and material expertise
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes, accessibility standards, and construction methodologies
- Exceptional conceptual design skills with attention to detail and spatial aesthetics
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with high-profile clients
