You will lead projects from conceptualization to completion, collaborating with world-class clients and artisans to bring sophisticated visions to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual development and technical execution of luxury interior projects.
- Produce comprehensive construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and RCPs.
- Manage client presentations, material sourcing, and FF&E specifications.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
- Direct and mentor junior design staff to ensure high-quality output.
- Conduct site visits to oversee quality control and installation logistics.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in high-end residential or hospitality design.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated aesthetic sensibility and technical detailing.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, and sustainable material practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing engagements.
