Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design execution from conceptual sketches to FF&E specifications
- Develop detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations using Revit and Rhino
- Manage client relationships and project timelines across multi-site developments
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure structural and code compliance
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design quality standards
- Research and implement sustainable materials and smart home technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ or RA licensure preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ completed projects over $2M value
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification required
- Experience with NYC building codes and landmark regulations
