Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and deliver full interior design projects from schematic design to installation
- Develop detailed technical drawings, material specifications, and 3D visualizations
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and artisans to ensure design integrity
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and client communications
- Research and specify sustainable materials and cutting-edge technologies
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio innovation
- Present design concepts to high-profile clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Interior Architecture or Design
- 5+ years of experience in high-end residential/hospitality design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating spatial innovation and material mastery
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan preferred
- LEED or WELL accreditation advantageous
- Strong project management and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of local Barcelona building regulations
