Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from concept to construction documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex high-end projects
- Develop detailed material palettes and custom furniture specifications
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior designers and coordinate with contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture/Design
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end design
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ certification required
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and commercial projects
- Expert knowledge of materials, lighting, and spatial planning
- Proven ability to manage projects $500K+
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
