Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle from schematic development to construction administration.
- Collaborate with clients to translate brand identity and lifestyle needs into cohesive design narratives.
- Manage sophisticated FF&E specifications, sourcing unique materials and bespoke furnishings.
- Direct coordination with MEP consultants, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural documentation, renderings, and permit sets.
- Mentor junior designers and manage project timelines to ensure on-budget delivery.
- Maintain high standards of design excellence while adhering to building codes and sustainability protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in a high-end design firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury commercial or high-end residential interior projects.
- Deep knowledge of interior detailing, material finishes, and technical construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to high-net-worth clients.
- NCIDQ or AIA licensure is highly preferred but not required.
