Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Develop innovative spatial solutions integrating architecture, lighting, and materiality
- Manage client relationships and project timelines with precision
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and contractors to ensure flawless execution
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative studio culture
- Research emerging materials and technologies for cutting-edge applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end interior architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential and commercial projects
- NCIDQ or AIA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional spatial problem-solving and material specification expertise
