Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial property underwriting experience with proven track record
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in underwriting software (Guidewire, Duck Creek) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated expertise in catastrophe modeling and risk analytics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to articulate complex risk concepts
- Valid state insurance license (NY required, multi-state a plus)
