Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for portfolio valuation and capital allocation
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts on investment strategies
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and board presentations
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct due diligence on potential M&A opportunities
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CFA/CMA preferred
- 5+ years in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros
- Strong SQL and Power BI data visualization capabilities
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
- Demonstrated experience with SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q)
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
