Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning courses using industry-standard authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
- Conduct thorough needs analysis with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business goals into effective learning strategies.
- Apply instructional design theories (ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging micro-learning modules, video scripts, and assessment materials.
- Ensure all learning materials are fully accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA compliant) and inclusive for all learners.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to ensure visual fidelity and technical stability of courseware.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve course performance and learner engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, specifically within the corporate or EdTech sectors.
- Proven proficiency with Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
