Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, outcome-based e-learning modules for diverse corporate audiences.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify performance gaps and define learning objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into digestible learning content.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) to all project lifecycles.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to create interactive simulations, branching scenarios, and assessments.
- Analyze learner data and feedback to iterate on content effectiveness and engagement metrics.
- Mentor junior designers and provide quality assurance oversight for all course deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within an corporate or EdTech environment.
- Expert proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong grasp of UX/UI principles as applied to digital learning interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated approach to narrative-driven learning design.
