Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive e-learning modules and curricula.
- Partner with stakeholders to define learning objectives and success metrics.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build engaging content.
- Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor instructional strategies.
- Evaluate course effectiveness through data-driven feedback and iterative improvements.
- Stay at the forefront of EdTech trends, including AI integration and gamification.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher-ed setting.
- Deep proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS integration.
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning theories.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful, high-quality digital learning projects.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
