Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative, learner-centered curricula for diverse professional development programs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into accessible training modules.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to create high-quality, interactive multimedia assets.
- Analyze training effectiveness through data-driven assessments and iterative feedback loops.
- Lead the end-to-end project management of instructional design workflows from storyboard to deployment.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in adult learning theory and UI/UX design.
- Stay at the forefront of EdTech trends to integrate AI and gamification into our training suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS integration.
- Strong grasp of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful e-learning project implementations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in utilizing learning analytics to measure ROI.
