You will work alongside a cross-functional team of software engineers, UX designers, and subject matter experts to redefine how professional development is consumed in the modern workforce.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive asynchronous and synchronous curriculum modules for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with SMEs to synthesize complex information into engaging, accessible learning assets.
- Utilize data-driven insights to iterate and improve existing courseware for maximum learner engagement.
- Oversee the integration of interactive elements such as gamification, simulations, and branched scenarios.
- Develop and maintain internal quality standards for accessibility (WCAG) and pedagogical integrity.
- Facilitate workshops for internal stakeholders regarding modern learning methodology and tool implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within an EdTech or corporate environment.
- Expertise in industry-standard authoring tools including Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects within an Agile development framework.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design and effective instructional strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
