Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of instructional design projects from analysis to evaluation.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical content into engaging modules.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes for diverse learning platforms.
- Integrate multimedia elements, including video, animations, and simulations, to enhance engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure all content meets accessibility and branding standards.
- Analyze learner data to identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within an EdTech or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Captivate.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience designing for LMS and LXP platforms (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Cornerstone).
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
