Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learner journeys.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify performance gaps and prescribe effective instructional interventions.
- Implement assessment strategies to track learner progress and measure pedagogical effectiveness.
- Oversee the end-to-end production cycle of multimedia content, including video scripts, infographics, and interactive simulations.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in UX-led instructional design.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies like AI-assisted learning and VR-based training environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher education environment.
- Proven expertise in SCORM/xAPI standards and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating successful digital course development.
- Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and visual storytelling capabilities.
