Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning curriculum and instructional materials.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into engaging digital content.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and define precise learning objectives.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise) to build scalable learning experiences.
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate on content efficacy.
- Mentor junior designers and support internal quality assurance processes.
- Manage end-to-end development lifecycles from storyboarding to final deployment in the LMS.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital instructional design or corporate training.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS integration (Canvas/Cornerstone).
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale instructional projects on tight deadlines.
- Exceptional visual design skills and technical writing capabilities.
- Portfolio showcasing complex, interactive, and user-centric learning modules.
