Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, high-quality eLearning modules and blended learning curricula.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to align training objectives with business goals.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical information into accessible content.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools to create interactive, mobile-responsive learning assets.
- Implement assessment strategies to measure learning efficacy and ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in cognitive psychology, UX design, and adult learning theory.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on project outputs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher education environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful e-learning project lifecycles.
- Exceptional visual design skills and attention to UI/UX principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Experience with gamification and micro-learning strategies is highly preferred.
