Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive asynchronous and blended learning programs for a global audience.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to define clear learning objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
- Create high-quality multimedia assets, including video, interactive simulations, and gamified assessments.
- Iterate on course designs based on learner feedback, data analytics, and performance metrics.
- Stay at the forefront of AI-driven pedagogy and modern eLearning development trends.
- Mentor junior instructional designers to ensure a high standard of course quality across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS integration.
- Strong grasp of ADDIE and SAM development models and adult learning principles.
- Experience designing accessible content compliant with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear, pedagogical instructions.
- A portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-modal learning projects and successful user adoption results.
