Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, outcome-based e-learning modules and blended learning curricula.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible digital content.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to build interactive, multimedia-rich training assets.
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate and improve course effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines from instructional design conceptualization to deployment.
- Facilitate workshops for internal teams on best practices in adult learning theory and UX design.
- Maintain high-quality standards for accessibility and inclusivity across all learning platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
- Solid understanding of LMS administration and SCORM/xAPI compliance standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in ADDIE, SAM, or Agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional visual design skills with an eye for modern UI/UX principles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
