Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative e-learning modules, simulations, and blended learning solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SMEs and developers, to define learning objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content delivery.
- Implement assessment strategies to evaluate course efficacy and learner performance.
- Maintain high-quality standards for UI/UX within learning management systems (LMS).
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in adult learning theory and interactive design.
- Stay abreast of emerging EdTech trends and integrate cutting-edge tools into current workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within an EdTech or corporate training environment.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Strong understanding of ADDIE and SAM development models.
- Experience with LMS administration (Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle preferred).
- Excellent visual design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
