Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into digestible, engaging learning paths.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to align curriculum design with measurable business and educational outcomes.
- Implement assessment strategies and data analytics to optimize learner retention and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring high-quality delivery within specified timelines.
- Mentor junior curriculum developers and provide peer review for content quality assurance.
- Stay abreast of emerging EdTech trends, AI integration in learning, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher education setting.
- Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful e-learning projects and pedagogical application.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira or Asana.
- Deep understanding of Adult Learning Theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
