Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Rise 360.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align learning solutions with specific client business objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into engaging, digestible curricula.
- Implement gamification and micro-learning strategies to increase learner engagement and retention rates.
- Analyze learner performance data to iterate on course design and improve pedagogical effectiveness.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our internal design standards and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within an EdTech or corporate training environment.
- Expertise in industry-standard authoring tools including Articulate 360 and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Proven track record of designing accessible, WCAG-compliant learning experiences.
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional visual design skills and proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of blended learning solutions.
