Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, blended learning solutions that meet specific business objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical information into engaging content.
- Manage end-to-end course development cycles, including storyboarding, drafting, and final QA.
- Integrate interactive media, gamification elements, and assessments into learning modules.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate course effectiveness and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in UI/UX and modern pedagogical methodologies.
- Lead workshops and design-thinking sessions to identify organizational learning gaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher-education setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS administration.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE and SAM development models.
- Proven track record of designing accessible content compliant with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital learning transformation projects.
