Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, video scripts, and interactive assessments.
- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and knowledge gaps.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools to build high-quality, responsive content.
- Analyze learner performance data to iterate and improve existing courseware.
- Mentor junior designers and implement best practices in UX for educational platforms.
- Collaborate with multimedia specialists and software engineers to integrate learning into enterprise platforms.
- Ensure all content meets accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and brand quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within an EdTech or corporate training environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into accessible content.
- Portfolio showcasing high-impact digital learning interventions is required.
