Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and curriculum mapping for diverse corporate clients.
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from storyboarding to final deployment.
- Implement effective evaluation strategies to measure learner retention and performance improvement.
- Provide mentorship to junior designers on best practices in UX for education.
- Stay at the forefront of pedagogical trends, including gamification and micro-learning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within a corporate or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in authoring tools: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
- Strong grasp of ADDIE and SAM development models.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing engaging, interactive digital learning solutions.
