Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive simulations.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging training material.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate learner performance and iterate on existing curriculum for continuous improvement.
- Manage the full production lifecycle, from initial needs assessment and storyboarding to final deployment in the LMS.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and provide peer reviews for content quality and pedagogical efficacy.
- Champion accessibility standards (WCAG) across all digital assets to ensure an inclusive learning experience.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and live webinars for diverse, global audiences.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher education setting.
- Expert-level proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile design methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia learning content.
- Strong grasp of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI integration standards.
