Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, learner-centered content.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze learner performance data to iterate on curriculum efficacy.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines for multiple concurrent course development lifecycles.
- Mentor junior designers and implement best practices for instructional design standards and accessibility (WCAG).
- Integrate gamification and social learning elements to maximize learner engagement and retention.
- Oversee the quality assurance process for all digital learning assets prior to deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within an EdTech or corporate training environment.
- Proven expertise in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories, ADDIE, and SAM models.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create visually stunning and pedagogically sound digital content.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SCORM/xAPI standards for content packaging.
- Exceptional project management skills with a history of meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
