Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning modules and instructional assets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align learning objectives with business goals.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into digestible content.
- Implement data-driven improvements based on learner analytics and assessment feedback.
- Manage end-to-end development lifecycles for multiple high-priority projects.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on instructional design best practices.
- Stay at the forefront of EdTech trends to ensure our solutions remain industry-leading.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design for corporate or higher education.
- Expertise in industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Strong working knowledge of LMS administration and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Proven ability to script, storyboard, and develop multimedia-rich learning content.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to navigate tight deadlines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital learning interventions.
