In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with subject matter experts to transform complex technical concepts into engaging, interactive e-learning modules that drive measurable performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough training needs assessments and define learning objectives.
- Maintain and update existing training curricula based on learner feedback and analytics data.
- Mentor junior designers and review course assets for quality and instructional integrity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and brand guidelines.
- Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay at the forefront of learning science trends, including gamification and adaptive learning technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Vyond, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven track record of designing training for corporate or higher education environments.
- Strong understanding of ADDIE and SAM development models.
- Excellent visual design skills and experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
- Exceptional project management, communication, and storytelling capabilities.
