Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and define learning objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and software engineers, to prototype new learning modules.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to build interactive, multimedia-rich training content.
- Analyze data from learning management systems (LMS) to optimize course performance and engagement.
- Mentor junior designers and provide expert guidance on instructional best practices.
- Maintain current knowledge of trends in AI-driven education and adaptive learning technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within an EdTech or professional development environment.
- Expert proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodology as applied to course development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing high-end interactive learning.
- Strong grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508 compliance).
