Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of interactive e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into engaging, accessible content.
- Conduct thorough learning needs analyses to align curriculum with performance goals.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to build prototypes and high-fidelity learning assets.
- Analyze data from pilot programs to iterate on content and improve learner retention.
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for rapid course development.
- Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and pedagogical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS platforms.
- Demonstrated success in applying ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologies to learning projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design and user-centered interaction.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theory and learner engagement strategies.
