Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum architectures for enterprise-level training programs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex data into engaging learning modules.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive e-learning.
- Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to align training objectives with business goals.
- Implement assessment strategies to track learner progress and identify areas for content optimization.
- Manage end-to-end course development lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Stay abreast of emerging pedagogical trends and learning technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher education setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile design methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional visual design and graphic communication skills for course UI/UX.
- Portfolio submission showcasing interactive, learner-centric design projects is required.
