Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, outcome-based e-learning modules and blended learning programs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and learner analysis to align content with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools and multimedia software to build interactive simulations and assessments.
- Implement data analytics to track course efficacy and iterate on content based on user performance.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for instructional design best practices across the engineering department.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables meet strict quality and timeline requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within an EdTech or corporate training environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS integration.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Proven ability to script, storyboard, and develop multimedia content, including video and audio assets.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, interactive digital learning solutions.
