Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, learner-centered curriculum for digital and blended environments.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to align training objectives with business performance goals.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into engaging content.
- Manage the end-to-end production of e-learning modules, including storyboarding and visual prototyping.
- Evaluate course effectiveness through data analytics and stakeholder feedback loops.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in UI/UX for educational platforms.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI-driven learning and adaptive instruction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a SaaS or corporate training environment.
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Demonstrated expertise in LMS administration and LTI integrations.
- Exceptional visual design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deliverables.
