Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, learner-centric training programs for diverse professional audiences.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning modules.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Rise to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables meet strict quality standards and deadlines.
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate and improve content effectiveness.
- Integrate emerging technologies, such as micro-learning and gamification, to enhance knowledge retention.
- Lead workshops and design sessions to foster cross-functional collaboration within the development team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within an enterprise or corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital learning solutions and complex problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with video production and basic motion graphics is highly preferred.
