As our Senior Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, developers, and UI/UX designers to translate complex concepts into engaging, accessible, and scalable learning modules.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of instructional design projects, from analysis to evaluation.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into interactive learning narratives.
- Design and develop high-quality, responsive e-learning content using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Rise 360.
- Establish design standards and quality assurance protocols to ensure pedagogical effectiveness across all products.
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate on content and improve engagement outcomes.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on storyboards and visual assets.
- Stay at the forefront of EdTech trends, including AI integration and gamification strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within an EdTech or corporate training environment.
- Deep expertise in adult learning theory and instructional frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Backward Design).
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-end e-learning deliverables and complex branching scenarios.
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and industry-standard LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and academic stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities and a track record of meeting aggressive launch timelines.
