Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to define clear learning objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gamification and adaptive learning paths.
- Manage the full instructional design lifecycle, from storyboard creation to final LMS deployment.
- Evaluate course effectiveness through data analytics and learner feedback loops.
- Mentor junior designers and implement best practices in UX for educational platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate or higher education design.
- Expertise in SCORM/xAPI standards and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of interactive learning solutions.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for custom content enhancement.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams.
