Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze training needs and performance gaps.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) to all projects.
- Develop comprehensive assessment tools to measure learner progress and efficacy.
- Manage end-to-end course development from initial scoping to final deployment.
- Mentoring junior design staff and ensuring quality standards are met across the portfolio.
- Analyze learner data to iterate and improve existing digital courseware.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate training or higher education.
- Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Proven ability to script, storyboard, and edit high-quality multimedia assets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design and technical proficiency is required.
