Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive asynchronous and synchronous training programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into engaging modules.
- Utilize Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud to create interactive multimedia content.
- Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to define measurable learning objectives.
- Implement assessment strategies to evaluate learning efficacy and ROI.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for instructional design best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging EdTech trends and integrate AI-driven tools into the curriculum design workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training or higher education curriculum development.
- Proven expertise in SCORM/xAPI standards and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional visual design skills and proficiency in rapid authoring tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital course implementations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-hybrid collaborative environment.
