Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, blended learning solutions using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical requirements into engaging curriculum.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze performance metrics to iterate on course effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end production cycle of multimedia training materials including video, animation, and interactive assessments.
- Implement accessible design standards (WCAG 2.1) across all digital learning modules.
- Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior instructional designers and media specialists.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging EdTech trends, AI-driven learning, and micro-learning methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate instructional design or higher education curriculum development.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Rise, and Vyond.
- Strong grasp of learning management systems (LMS) administration and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating creative storyboard execution and interactive e-learning design.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPTD or similar) is highly regarded but not required.
