Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of instructional design projects from analysis to evaluation.
- Develop engaging, multimedia-rich e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into accessible learning content.
- Conduct thorough learning needs assessments to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Manage the LMS (Learning Management System) configuration and quality assurance testing.
- Analyze learner performance data to drive continuous improvement of course materials.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for best-in-class pedagogical standards across the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or corporate training development.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong grasp of ADDIE and SAM development models and adult learning theories.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality digital learning solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
