Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with SMEs to analyze training gaps and define clear, measurable learning objectives.
- Implement Adult Learning Theory principles to enhance user retention and application.
- Develop assessment frameworks, including quizzes, simulations, and scenario-based activities.
- Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle for multiple complex training projects concurrently.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure all content meets accessibility (WCAG) and functionality standards.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices for storytelling and instructional flow.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training or e-learning development.
- Proven expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS, and modern UI design principles.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms like Canvas, Blackboard, or Cornerstone.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in an agile environment.
- Portfolio showcasing high-end interactive learning projects.
