Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning modules and blended learning curricula.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align training solutions with organizational performance goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into engaging learner experiences.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to build responsive and accessible digital learning assets.
- Analyze learning metrics and feedback to iterate on content for continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end course development lifecycles from concept through deployment.
- Facilitate workshops and provide mentorship to junior design staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS integration.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning theories.
- Experience with video editing and animation software (e.g., Vyond, Camtasia).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for visual design.
