Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Rise 360.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into accessible, engaging, and compliant learning materials.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze learning objectives to determine the most effective instructional strategies and delivery methods.
- Implement interactive elements, animations, and multimedia assets to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Ensure all course content adheres to global accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and Learning Management System (LMS) technical requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on course designs to maximize impact.
- Stay current with industry trends in instructional design, EdTech, and pedagogy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Psychology, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in instructional design, specifically within the corporate or EdTech sector.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or Rise 360.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (Andragogy), cognitive load principles, and ADDIE/ADDIE methodologies.
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI and various Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas, Moodle, or Cornerstone.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
