Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity e-learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical content into digestible training modules.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to ensure alignment with organizational training objectives.
- Implement data-driven feedback loops to iterate on course design and improve learner outcomes.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in UX-driven educational design.
- Manage end-to-end production timelines for multiple high-priority training initiatives.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging EdTech tools to modernize our learning ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher education setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS integration (Canvas/Workday).
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile design methodologies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital course delivery and learner engagement metrics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues within SCORM/xAPI environments.
