Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive asynchronous and blended learning curricula.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into accessible modules.
- Utilize Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud to build interactive course assets.
- Implement assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes and course efficacy.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines from discovery phase to final deployment.
- Conduct continuous quality audits of existing course materials to ensure pedagogical integrity.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in UX-led instructional design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training or e-learning development.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Rise, and LMS platforms like Canvas or Moodle.
- Strong background in adult learning theories (Andragogy) and ADDIE/SAM models.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality output.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven improvements.
