Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, multi-modal curriculum frameworks for online learning platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into accessible training modules.
- Utilize rapid prototyping tools to build interactive learning assets, including video, simulations, and gamified content.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content to specific demographics.
- Monitor and analyze course performance metrics to iterate and improve learning outcomes.
- Lead workshops for faculty on best practices in instructional design and pedagogical technology.
- Maintain compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) across all digital course materials.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within an academic or corporate setting.
- Expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
- Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale curriculum projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
