- Design and develop comprehensive, end-to-end curriculum strategies for enterprise-level training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive learning modules.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to build interactive, multimedia-rich e-learning assets.
- Conduct thorough learning needs analysis to align program outcomes with business objectives.
- Implement assessment frameworks and evaluation metrics to track learner progress and ROI.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices for accessibility and UI/UX in education.
- Stay at the forefront of pedagogical trends, including gamification and AI-driven personalized learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in curriculum development for corporate or higher education sectors.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS integration (Canvas, Moodle, or Cornerstone).
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Backward Design methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality, impactful learning products.
